This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our AI Chief of Staff (COO) and executive productivity platform.
1. Information We Collect
When you create an account or interact with SETA., we collect:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and profile credentials provided via standard sign-in or Google OAuth.
- Executive Task & Workflow Data: Tasks, priorities, project boards, shift schedules, and notes you create.
- Device & Notification Tokens: Web Push notification endpoints required to dispatch deadline alerts and morning briefings.
- AI Interaction Context: Text inputs and executive queries sent to the AI COO assistant.
2. Google OAuth & API Data Policy
When you authenticate using Google Sign-In:
- We request only the standard identity scopes (email, profile) required to authenticate you securely.
- Zero Data Selling: We never sell, lease, or monetize your personal data or Google user data.
- No Public AI Training: We do not use your private tasks, calendar events, or Google data to train public generative AI models.
- All authentication tokens are transmitted securely using TLS 1.3 encryption and stored using industry-standard encrypted credentials.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to provide, maintain, and enhance the SETA. executive platform:
- To orchestrate your daily priorities, Eisenhower matrices, and sprint shifts.
- To generate personalized morning briefings and operational summaries.
- To send real-time push notifications for approaching deadlines.
- To sync your tasks offline across devices via secure local cache.
4. Data Security & Your Rights
Your data is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) in our database, ensuring no other user can access your workspace. You have the right at any time to export all your data in JSON format or delete your account permanently via Account Settings.
